Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Order processing may be delayed during high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

BAZOORA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier partners.

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, BAZOORA will not be responsible.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

🚫 STRICT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

To reduce fake orders and ensure smooth delivery, we follow a strict COD policy:

COD Rules

COD orders may require manual confirmation via call, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch.

If COD confirmation fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Order refusal, non-acceptance, or fake COD orders will result in:

COD facility being permanently disabled for that customer

Possible blacklisting of address/phone number

COD Refusal Policy

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery:

The customer will be not eligible for any refund

Future COD orders from the same customer may be blocked

COD Return Shipping Charges

If a COD order returns due to customer refusal or unavailability:

Two-way shipping charges will be deducted

No reshipment or refund will be provided

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Lost / Stolen Packages

BAZOORA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked Delivered by the courier.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

8. Policy Rights

BAZOORA reserves the right to:

Modify this shipping policy at any time

Cancel any order due to suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refuse COD service without prior notice
