Welcome to BAZOORA! We are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/SMS.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your package.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: We deliver across India within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal verification/shipping fee may apply at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification
Cash on Delivery is available for most pincodes in India.
To ensure smooth delivery and prevent wrong orders, our automated system or team will verify your COD order via WhatsApp/Call before dispatching.
Please ensure your full delivery address and correct pincode are entered accurately during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier link will be sent to you.
You can also track your shipment status directly on our website through our Track Order page using your Order ID or Phone Number.
5. Delivery Issues & Undelivered Orders
Incorrect Address: BAZOORA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses/pincodes provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or refuse the delivery without prior notice, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a quick unboxing video and notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery so we can process a quick replacement.
