Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

A return request can be raised only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Clear photo/video proof is provided

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery

Size, color, or design mismatch due to personal preference

Used, washed, or altered products

Damage caused by customer or mishandling

Products purchased during sale / discount offers

Personal care or hygiene products

Free gifts included with the order

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Share your Order ID

Send clear photos or a video of the issue

Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Instagram DM

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval

If approved, return instructions will be shared

BAZOORA reserves the right to accept or reject any return request

5. Refund Policy

After return approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store wallet

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be covered by BAZOORA

In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable

7. COD Orders

COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch

Repeated COD refusals may result in COD service being disabled for the customer

Refunds for COD orders will not be processed without valid bank/UPI details

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

9. Policy Rights

BAZOORA reserves the right to:

Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

Refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions

Take action in case of fraudulent return claims
